The use of www.amatreasures.co.uk is governed by the policies and terms and conditions below. Your use of the site and making a purchase indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. Please also read our Data Protection and Security sections below these Terms and Conditions regarding personal information provided by you.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Prices
All prices displayed are shown in GB Sterling and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (where applicable). Postage, packing and insurance are calculated upon an order being placed and charged accordingly.
Orders placed from non-UK residents will be accepted. However, any duties or taxes due foreign governments will be the responsiblity of the buyer and are not included in the price displayed on the site.
Goods will only be delivered to the address on the order, where a signature will be required.
Ama Treasures reserves the right to change the advertised price at any time. PaymentPayment may be made by PayPal, Nochex or cheque. Credit Cards will be accepted once the banking facility is in place. Cheques are payable to AmaTreasures. AmaTreasures reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or require verification information from the card-issuer prior to despatch of the goods.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all goods in stock in a timely manner, unless otherwise stated. If an item is not in stock we will endeavour to contact you with a delivery date. If a delivery date is unacceptable and the goods have already been paid for then we will refund you in full.
Returns
All unwanted items are eligible for our 7 day money back guarantee, which begins the day after you have received the goods. Simply email us at AmaTreasures for a returns number, then return the item un-used in its original condition and packaging by registered post to our address. Please mark the package 'Returns' and write the returns number clearly on the outside. You will be reimbursed within 30 days of the item's return using the same method as the payment method. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. With regard to earrings and body jewellery, such goods must be returned unworn, unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
Damaged goods
If any item is delivered faulty or broken, and is rejected it must be returned to us within 7 days, along with full details of the order and the invoice number and date. Each piece must be in its original packaging (where possible) with the product code clearly stated. Items will only be credited or replaced if the damage occurred prior to delivery or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. Items appearing to have been damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way cannot be guaranteed for a refund or a replacement. Credit notes and replacements are issued at the discretion of AmaTreasures.
Complaints
If you have a complaint to make please email us. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 working days.We treat all complaints seriously and will try to resolve the issue immediately. If this is not possible, we will give you a resolution date. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction we would be happy for it to be reviewed by a recognised arbitration body.
Title claim
All goods sold on this website, or via any other means, remain the property of AmaTreasures until the goods are paid for. The risk element (if any) of the goods are transferred to the customer upon delivery, but the ownership shall still remain with AmaTreasures until actual payment is received by AmaTreasures.
