Ama Treasures guarantees customer satisfaction. All items, if imported, have been assessed and valued by an independent professional jeweler in the UK. All items are delivered complete with documentation from manufacturer (where available) and valuation certificate for insurance purposes.
In addition, Ama Treasures prides itself on "customer satisfaction" and wants you to be a returning customer. Therefore, each article is guaranteed for 1 full year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover normal "wear and tear" or abuse and is at the discretion of Ama Treasures. However, you can be assured that we will attempt to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns
All items are eligible for our 7 day "no questions asked" money back guarantee, which begins the day after you have received the goods. Simply email us at AmaTreasures for a returns number, then return the item un-used in its original condition and packaging by registered post to our address. Please mark the package 'Returns' and write the returns number clearly on the outside. You will be reimbursed within 30 days of the item's return using the same method as the payment method. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. With regard to earrings and body jewellery, such goods must be returned unworn, unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
Damaged goods
If any item is delivered faulty or broken, and is rejected it must be returned to us within 7 days, along with full details of the order and the invoice number and date. Each piece must be in its original packaging (where possible) with the product code clearly stated. Items will only be credited or replaced if the damage occurred prior to delivery or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. Items appearing to have been damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way cannot be guaranteed for a refund or a replacement. Credit notes and replacements are issued at the discretion of AmaTreasures.
